We want you to feel like you're walking on clouds, but if your Cloudies™ aren't the perfect fit, we offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all packaging included to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place your unworn Cloudies™ back in their original box and secure them in a shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
